These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Attractiveness Test at aiattractivenesstest.net (the “Site”). By visiting the Site, uploading a photo, or using the camera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the test.

The service

AI Attractiveness Test is a free web tool that scores facial symmetry, thirds, fifths, and golden-ratio proportions from one front-facing photo. It returns an entertainment score on a 1–10 scale and a short breakdown. Camera capture, when available, may use up to three still frames.

The Site does not require an account. Results are generated for a single session and are not a stored attractiveness profile.

Disclaimer

Your attractiveness score is calculated from facial symmetry, proportions, and landmark analysis, and stays consistent for the same photo. Real-world attractiveness also includes expression, style, and personality, which a photo cannot capture. Scoring follows Western anthropometric standards and may vary across ethnicities. Results are informational, not medical or psychological advice. Use your score as a reference, not a verdict on your worth.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your place of residence. You must have the right to use every photo you submit. Do not upload images of minors.

Your uploads

You are responsible for photos you upload, camera frames you capture, and how you share results. You confirm that:

• you own the image or have permission to use it for this test;
• the image does not contain unlawful content;
• you will not upload a photo of another person without a right to do so;
• you will not attempt to disrupt the Site, overload the server, or bypass upload limits.

You keep whatever rights you already have in your photo. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to process that file on the Site so we can detect a face, calculate a score, and show the overlay and share card. We do not store uploaded photos or keep a temporary photo archive.

Results and sharing

A result page may include a 1–10 score, measurement bars, a confidence note, and downloadable images. Scores can shift with pose, lighting, distance, expression, and crop. Haar face detection can miss a face in poor light, with glasses, or at a steep angle.

If you download or share a result, you are responsible for that copy. We do not store uploaded photos. How photos are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site’s name, layout, text, and software are owned by the operator of aiattractivenesstest.net or its licensors. You may not copy the Site, scrape it for a competing service, or present the score as a certified scientific rating.

Your submitted photo remains yours, subject to the limited processing licence above.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that:

• a face will be found in every photo;
• a score will be stable across shots or devices;
• the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
• a result will remain available after you leave the page.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator of AI Attractiveness Test is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or from a score you receive or share. Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law. The test is free, and our total liability for a claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us for the test (which is zero).

Changes and termination

We may change these Terms, pause the Site, or stop offering the test at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when the Terms change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. We may refuse or delete an upload that appears to violate these Terms.
